Eligibility:

We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  Returns must be initiated within [14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email.  Please include the original invoice or proof of purchase with your return.

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to our error on our part.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 days.  

Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
